Choose the documents
Create a project workspace with the proposal, scope of work and approved meeting notes. Use clear filenames with version dates.
Ask a specific question
Which deliverables appear in the proposal, and which changes are recorded in the approved notes?
Check the answer against the original
Check cited passages for approval, ownership and dates. A newer document is not automatically an authorized change.
Do client documents stay confidential?
The local vault is encrypted, with no telemetry or cloud account. Bundled models keep content local; an external Ollama provider you explicitly approve receives the content it processes.
Does it work without internet, e.g. on-site at a client?
Yes, with the bundled models after the model download.
Can I keep different engagements separate?
Yes. You organize documents into separate workspaces.
